The EAIC Hong Kong, which began on September 24, 2024, attracted over 1,000 participants from 32 countries and regions. Two representatives from FALIA attended the event and promoted the foundation.
EAIC Hong Kong invited insurance regulators, life and non-life insurance companies, reinsurance companies, life and non-life insurance and reinsurance associations, brokers, consulting firms, digital technology providers, and others from around the world. They participated in panel discussions and speeches on topics such as insurance industry marketing, CX/DX strategies, recruiting, underwriting/claims services, insurance risk, cyber risk, and specialty insurance.
Mr. Masayuki Tanaka, Managing Director of FALIA, participated as a panelist, delivering a talk on the role of education and sustainability in the insurance industry.
The event provided a platform for participants to engage in active discussions, generating various ideas, and included valuable speeches from UN agencies about the global environment and biodiversity loss.
